This carefully crafted ceramics contains at least 50% bone ash, resulting in an elevated hue, lightweight feel, with an impressive resistance to heat dispersion compared to rival products.

Returns:
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
- A 25% restocking fee applies to all returns.
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
- Please specify the reason for the return.

Non-Returnable Items:
- Custom-made and monogrammed items are not eligible for returns.
Return Shipping:
- We will provide a return shipping label via email.
- Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
- Report any damaged or incorrect items within 3 days of receipt via email at info@ousiahome.co.
- If the return is due to our error, we will refund shipping and handling costs, as well as return postage.
In-Store Returns:
- You can return items directly to our store to avoid shipping charges.
- Items must be unused and free from any customer damage.
- Shipping charges for online purchases are non-refundable.
- Refunds will generally be processed in the same form as the original payment. Cash payments may be refunded by check within 10 business days.
Refund Restrictions:
- For "bonus" products (e.g., free gifts with purchase), refunds or credits will only be issued for any value charged for the item on the original order.
- If a product with a "bonus" item is returned, the bonus item must also be returned to receive credit for the purchased product.
Final Sale:
- Items marked as "Sale," "Final Sale," or found in the "Sale" section of our website cannot be returned for exchange, credit, or refund.
