The range of SENSE measuring spoons is something special. They are not only practical, but also impress with an elegant, sleek design, which makes every use a pleasure. The Triangle uses regional plum wood and thus supports sustainable timber management and short transport routes. The handles are turned in the Sauerland region of Germany, then finely finished in Solingen and assembled with functional parts made of stainless steel. Shipping & Return

Returns:

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • A 25% restocking fee applies to all returns.
  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
  • Please specify the reason for the return.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom-made and monogrammed items are not eligible for returns.

Return Shipping:

  • We will provide a return shipping label via email.
  • Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

  • Report any damaged or incorrect items within 3 days of receipt via email at info@ousiahome.co.
  • If the return is due to our error, we will refund shipping and handling costs, as well as return postage.

In-Store Returns:

  • You can return items directly to our store to avoid shipping charges.
  • Items must be unused and free from any customer damage.
  • Shipping charges for online purchases are non-refundable.
  • Refunds will generally be processed in the same form as the original payment. Cash payments may be refunded by check within 10 business days.

Refund Restrictions:

  • For "bonus" products (e.g., free gifts with purchase), refunds or credits will only be issued for any value charged for the item on the original order.
  • If a product with a "bonus" item is returned, the bonus item must also be returned to receive credit for the purchased product.
