The Julienne Cutter Soul cuts even vegetable strips for the creative kitchen. Carrot, zucchinis, radishes, beetroot and other vegetables are cut into uniformly fine, 3mm thin julienne. The Julienne cutter is used as simple as a peeler and helps with vegetable spaghetti, garnishings, vegetable nests or soup vegetables. There are no limits for your creativity. The high-quality hardened, extremely sharp blade manage even hard vegetables and stay sharp for a long time. Larger quantities can be cut completely fatigue-free. Shipping & Return

Returns:

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • A 25% restocking fee applies to all returns.
  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
  • Please specify the reason for the return.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom-made and monogrammed items are not eligible for returns.

Return Shipping:

  • We will provide a return shipping label via email.
  • Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

  • Report any damaged or incorrect items within 3 days of receipt via email at info@ousiahome.co.
  • If the return is due to our error, we will refund shipping and handling costs, as well as return postage.

In-Store Returns:

  • You can return items directly to our store to avoid shipping charges.
  • Items must be unused and free from any customer damage.
  • Shipping charges for online purchases are non-refundable.
  • Refunds will generally be processed in the same form as the original payment. Cash payments may be refunded by check within 10 business days.

Refund Restrictions:

  • For "bonus" products (e.g., free gifts with purchase), refunds or credits will only be issued for any value charged for the item on the original order.
  • If a product with a "bonus" item is returned, the bonus item must also be returned to receive credit for the purchased product.

Final Sale:
