Caution:

  • It is recommended to clean thoroughly before use.
  • Avoid using detergents containing hydrogen peroxide or sodium carbonate, as they may cause the plating to peel off.
  • Not suitable for use in microwave or oven.
  • Satin products, while not plated, are dishwasher-safe; however, gold-plated items are not recommended for dishwasher use due to ingredients in dishwasher detergents that may cause the plating to peel off.
  • When sterilizing with boiling water, do not use detergent; use only tap water or purified water for sterilization within 5 minutes.
  • It is recommended to clean with a soft sponge or cloth during washing. Using abrasive materials such as strong scrubbers or steel wool may cause scratches and peeling of the plating.
  • Minor scratches or marks may occur during the manufacturing process and are not eligible for exchange or return.


Shipping & Return

Returns:

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • A 25% restocking fee applies to all returns.
  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
  • Please specify the reason for the return.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom-made and monogrammed items are not eligible for returns.

Return Shipping:

  • We will provide a return shipping label via email.
  • Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

  • Report any damaged or incorrect items within 3 days of receipt via email at info@ousiahome.co.
  • If the return is due to our error, we will refund shipping and handling costs, as well as return postage.

In-Store Returns:

  • You can return items directly to our store to avoid shipping charges.
  • Items must be unused and free from any customer damage.
  • Shipping charges for online purchases are non-refundable.
  • Refunds will generally be processed in the same form as the original payment. Cash payments may be refunded by check within 10 business days.

Refund Restrictions:

  • For "bonus" products (e.g., free gifts with purchase), refunds or credits will only be issued for any value charged for the item on the original order.
  • If a product with a "bonus" item is returned, the bonus item must also be returned to receive credit for the purchased product.

Final Sale:

  • Items marked as "Sale," "Final Sale," or found in the "Sale" section of our website cannot be returned for exchange, credit, or refund.
