This griddle can be used with induction cooktops, gas stoves, portable gas burners, halogen stoves, and hot plates. However, it is not suitable for use on charcoal grills or open flames. Its high thermal conductivity allows for efficient cooking even on low to medium heat.

Precautions

  • Use only for cooking purposes and cook on medium heat or lower.
  • Do not heat the empty griddle to avoid shortening its lifespan and the risk of burns.
  • Do not use in microwaves or ovens.
  • Avoid moving the griddle repeatedly on induction cooktops to prevent scratches on the surface.
  • The griddle retains heat very well; use oven mitts or dedicated wooden handles to avoid burns.
  • Avoid strong impacts and sudden temperature changes.
  • Although dishwasher-safe, hand washing with a soft sponge is recommended to maintain durability.
  • Avoid using sharp tools or abrasive materials like steel wool to prevent damage to the coating.
  • Do not store acidic or salty foods for long periods to prevent corrosion.
  • Keep out of reach of children for safety.

Exchange and Refund Policy

Minor scratches, stains, or bubbles that occur during manufacturing do not affect product performance and are not considered defects; therefore, exchanges or refunds for these reasons are not available. Additionally, products that have been used cannot be exchanged or refunded, so please consider this before making a purchase.

Cleaning Before Use

Before using the griddle, clean it thoroughly and ensure it is completely dry before storage.

Shipping & Return

Returns:

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • A 25% restocking fee applies to all returns.
  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
  • Please specify the reason for the return.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom-made and monogrammed items are not eligible for returns.

Return Shipping:

  • We will provide a return shipping label via email.
  • Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

  • Report any damaged or incorrect items within 3 days of receipt via email at info@ousiahome.co.
  • If the return is due to our error, we will refund shipping and handling costs, as well as return postage.

In-Store Returns:

  • You can return items directly to our store to avoid shipping charges.
  • Items must be unused and free from any customer damage.
  • Shipping charges for online purchases are non-refundable.
  • Refunds will generally be processed in the same form as the original payment. Cash payments may be refunded by check within 10 business days.

Refund Restrictions:

  • For "bonus" products (e.g., free gifts with purchase), refunds or credits will only be issued for any value charged for the item on the original order.
  • If a product with a "bonus" item is returned, the bonus item must also be returned to receive credit for the purchased product.

Final Sale:

  • Items marked as "Sale," "Final Sale," or found in the "Sale" section of our website cannot be returned for exchange, credit, or refund.
