It is assembled by melting and instantly bonding at temperatures below 400℃, ensuring a secure fit without any worries of detachment.

Made of heat-resistant polycarbonate (PC) material, it can withstand heat sterilization and is safe for human use. Polycarbonate (PC) is a material used to make baby bottles, and it is durable and preserves the shape of the product for a long time compared to silicone.

Bogenn's titanium products are coated using the PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) method, providing excellent performance such as high elasticity, adhesion, non-adhesiveness, and heat resistance. They are safe for human use and can be used for biotechnology and medical purposes.

18-10 stainless steel (SUS 304) is the most resistant material to corrosion and heat, and it is safe for human use. It is also easy to clean and is the highest grade of stainless steel suitable for tableware, without concerns of rusting.

The dinner knife is made of SUS420J2 (iron composition) material, which is commonly used for high-hardness machine parts, measuring instruments, and knives. It has good wear resistance and becomes hardened through heat treatment, making it the most suitable material for knives.

 

NOTICE!

Before use, we recommend thoroughly cleaning the product as there may be residue from the polishing process during manufacturing.

Detergents and abrasives containing hydrogen peroxide or sodium bicarbonate are strong alkaline and toxic oxygen-based bleaching agents that can strip off the plating.

Dishwasher detergents may contain ingredients that can strip off the plating, so we do not recommend using them for gold-plated products.

Satin-finished products are not plated, so they can be used in the dishwasher, but frequent use at high temperatures can shorten their lifespan or cause potential damage to the polycarbonate (PC) parts. We recommend thermal disinfection instead.

When disinfecting with boiling water, we recommend using tap or bottled water without adding any detergent, and performing thermal disinfection within 5 minutes.

Microwaves and ovens are not suitable for use.

When cleaning, we recommend using a soft sponge or cloth. Using abrasive materials such as solid scouring pads or steel wool can cause scratches and easily strip off the plating.

The dinner knife, made of SUS420J2 (iron composition), is susceptible to humidity. To prevent rust, please remove moisture and humidity after cleaning and store them properly.

Minor scratches and marks may occur during the manufacturing process and do not qualify as reasons for exchange or return.

Shipping & Return

Returns:

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • A 25% restocking fee applies to all returns.
  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
  • Please specify the reason for the return.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom-made and monogrammed items are not eligible for returns.

Return Shipping:

  • We will provide a return shipping label via email.
  • Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

  • Report any damaged or incorrect items within 3 days of receipt via email at info@ousiahome.co.
  • If the return is due to our error, we will refund shipping and handling costs, as well as return postage.

In-Store Returns:

  • You can return items directly to our store to avoid shipping charges.
  • Items must be unused and free from any customer damage.
  • Shipping charges for online purchases are non-refundable.
  • Refunds will generally be processed in the same form as the original payment. Cash payments may be refunded by check within 10 business days.

Refund Restrictions:

  • For "bonus" products (e.g., free gifts with purchase), refunds or credits will only be issued for any value charged for the item on the original order.
  • If a product with a "bonus" item is returned, the bonus item must also be returned to receive credit for the purchased product.

Final Sale:

  • Items marked as "Sale," "Final Sale," or found in the "Sale" section of our website cannot be returned for exchange, credit, or refund.
