Better Finger Ceramic Petit Bowl

Precausions for ceramic user
  • Oven, microwave and dishwasher safe.
  • Avoid sudden temperature changes.
  • When storing products stacked, put a cloth or paper in the between to store them.
  • Because it is not a product made for a cooking purpose, when using the oven, be sure to use it for warming. (Recommended time: within 5 mins)
  • Be careful not to bump into each other when using.
  • Use a soft spongge and neutral detergent instead of a rough scrubber.
  • If food sticks after usem soak it in hot water and wipe it off.
  • When in use, cutlery may come into contact resulting in marks.
  • Please use it after washing with general detergent and baking soda.

The characteristics below are not defets

  • Due to the nature of ceramic products, there may be slight differences in the color for each product.
  • Due to the manual glazing process, there may be tong marks on the bottom or there may be slight differences in thickness.
  • In the case of injection molded products, there are injection marks, which are not defective products.
  • As a material containing iron, iron marks are exposed on the inside and outside of the product, and this is not a defect.

    Returns:

    • Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
    • A 25% restocking fee applies to all returns.
    • Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
    • Please specify the reason for the return.

    Non-Returnable Items:

    • Custom-made and monogrammed items are not eligible for returns.

    Return Shipping:

    • We will provide a return shipping label via email.
    • Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

    Damaged or Incorrect Items:

    • Report any damaged or incorrect items within 3 days of receipt via email at info@ousiahome.co.
    • If the return is due to our error, we will refund shipping and handling costs, as well as return postage.

    In-Store Returns:

    • You can return items directly to our store to avoid shipping charges.
    • Items must be unused and free from any customer damage.
    • Shipping charges for online purchases are non-refundable.
    • Refunds will generally be processed in the same form as the original payment. Cash payments may be refunded by check within 10 business days.

    Refund Restrictions:

    • For "bonus" products (e.g., free gifts with purchase), refunds or credits will only be issued for any value charged for the item on the original order.
    • If a product with a "bonus" item is returned, the bonus item must also be returned to receive credit for the purchased product.

    Final Sale:

    • Items marked as "Sale," "Final Sale," or found in the "Sale" section of our website cannot be returned for exchange, credit, or refund.
